Located between the majestic ridges of the Baronia and the Formicoso plateau, in the picturesque Ufita Valley, Anzalone Farm is not just a place of production, but a true family. Our creed is simple yet profound: to respect the timings of nature and love our territory with all our hearts.
We are fortunate to be surrounded by favorable geographical and microclimatic conditions, which, combined with the natural fertility of the soil, allow us to successfully practice organic farming. Here, we do not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers, but rely on the wisdom of the earth and the generosity of nature.
Our products, the result of the work and dedication of our family, are genuine and seasonal. We use the gifts of our land to prepare delicious preserves such as sauce, peeled tomatoes, cherry tomatoes in water and salt, as well as the famous "ciambutella": a typical Irpinian condiment, and a selection of products preserved in oil. Each preserve is made with care and attention, preserving the authentic and genuine flavors of our land.
