Campanaro is not just a farm; it is a testament to love for the land and authentic culinary tradition. Located in the picturesque village of Volturara Irpina, at the foot of Mount Terminio in the heart of the Regional Park of the Picentini Mountains, our farm is situated in an extraordinary natural setting.

Our lands are enriched by the crystal-clear waters of the Bocca del Dragone, one of the most important water basins in Southern Italy. This water wealth gives our territory unparalleled fertility, making it the ideal place to cultivate genuine and high-quality products.

We are proud to preserve and enhance the typical and traditional crops of our region, such as ancient corn varieties and the Quarantino Bean, a Slow Food presidium product. In addition to these treasures of our land, we produce a wide range of foods, including legumes, ancient flours, jams, and honey, all rigorously cultivated and processed with care and passion.

Our project was born from the desire to share with the world the authentic flavors and genuine products of our land, turning our passion into a tangible reality.

At Campanaro, we firmly believe in the importance of natural cultivation and respect for the environment. We have chosen to completely abandon the use of chemical additives and pesticides in our fields, opting instead for sustainable agricultural practices that preserve the health of the soil and plants.

Our preference is for ancient crops and seeds, rich in history and authentic flavors that risk being forgotten. Every year, we commit to alternating the sowing of our fields, following ancient agricultural practices that favor natural balance.

We are aware that nature does not always follow our plans and that sometimes its rhythms can be unpredictable. However, this alternation of crops allows us to adapt flexibly to the needs of the territory and to obtain typical and authentic productions, processed in accordance with local traditions.
