In the 1940s, in the picturesque town of Avella, in Italy home of the prized Corylus Avellana "1753" hazelnut, a man named Raffaele Maietta embarked on a courageous challenge: to start the cultivation of a product on which few would have wagered a penny. However, with tenacity and perseverance, after decades of tireless work, we can finally see the fruits of that bold bet.
Our products are the result of a constant commitment to quality and authenticity. We exclusively use hazelnuts from our own lands, thus guaranteeing a raw material of high quality. From these hazelnuts born and grown with love and dedication, our Roasted Hazelnuts, Hazelnut Granules, Flours, Hazelnut Pastes, and Hazelnut Creams come to life.
