To register on our website, you have two options. The first option is to access the dedicated account registration page: https://foodentyco.it/international/customer/account/create. The second option is to proceed directly with your purchases. By filling out the form on the checkout page and providing a password, the system will automatically create your account once the purchase order is confirmed.

In both cases, you will receive a confirmation email to the provided mailbox to allow you to validate it.

To purchase our products is very simple!

Add the items you're interested into your cart, and once you've completed your selection, proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, if you haven't registered yet, you'll need to provide some personal information and your address.

Finally, select your preferred payment method, either credit/debit card or PayPal.

Complete the order, and you'll immediately receive a confirmation email and your invoice.

We accept all payments made by debit card, commonly a prepaid card, credit card, or PayPal.

During checkout, you can choose either method.

We usually offer catalog and cart promotions. Catalog promotions are visible directly on the product displayed on the site, with a strike-through on the original price and the promotional price indicated next to it. Cart promotions, on the other hand, will be communicated to you via newsletter or through our advertising campaigns.

We offer international delivery service. On the registration page, by entering your address, the system will tell you if your area is covered by our service. We deliver with our logistics partner UPS, and within 48 hours from pickup at our shop, our products will be at your home.

If this is your first purchase on foodentyco.it/international, email us your phone number at clienti@foodentyco.it and we'll send you your digital code right away to insert into your reserved area in the "my account" section.

If you haven't received the registration confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Some email service providers have strict policies and may automatically classify transactional emails as spam. If you still can't find it, don't hesitate to contact us at support@foodentyco.it.

Once the order is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive an email directly to your inbox with the tracking number to follow the status of your shipment.

If you don't remember your password, simply access the following link: https://foodentyco.it/customer/account/forgotpassword, where you can enter your email and click on "Reset Password".

As a newly established company, we currently deliver to a limited number of international locations, but we are working to expand our local reach and activate national service.

However, if you are interested in our service, please write to us at clienti@foodentyco.it to make us aware of the potential interest in your area and possibly speed up its coverage.

To subscribe to the newsletter, you have two options.

Delivery costs depend on various factors, including the destination of your order, the quantity ordered, and the delivery option selected during checkout. If the product you're interested in is not available at the time of your purchase, you won't be able to add it to your cart. However, you can email us at clienti@foodentyco.it to inquire about its expected arrival.

To change the email associated with your account, log in to your personal area and select "Account Information" from your menu. From here, select the "change email" box, where you can enter your new email, provide the password, and click on "Save."

In the Address Book section of your personal area, you can enter a new shipping address.

If the old shipping address becomes outdated, we recommend deleting it, so that the system no longer suggests it during checkout.

If you are already registered on our website, you can enter your address in your personal area by selecting "Address Book".

In this section, you can also add multiple addresses, and during the checkout phase, choose which of these addresses to ship your order to.

If you are not yet registered, there's no problem. You can do everything directly during checkout by registering your email, choosing a password, and providing both personal information and the shipping address.

Upon completion of the order, your account will be automatically registered.

Yes, of course! In the "My Orders" section of your Personal Area, you can click on "Reorder" for any order.

The system will add all the products from the order back into your cart.

However, if one or more products are no longer available, you may need to remove them from the cart before proceeding with the purchase.

If the products have arrived in unsatisfactory condition or damaged, or if you've encountered issues with the shipment, please email your refund request to rimborsi@foodentyco.it, explaining the problem and attaching photos if they can help in resolving the issue.

We will process your request and refund you accordingly.
