Caciocavallo all’Aglianico is a dairy excellence that embraces tradition and innovation, combining attention to dairy products typical of the Irpinia area with the processing of quality wines.

Crafted entirely by hand with milk from animals primarily fed with forage from the local area, after forming, the aging process extends for up to 30 days. They are then placed in containers with Aglianico wine without sulfur dioxide, where they continue to mature for at least 30 days before being released to the market.
