The manufacturer story
In the heart of the picturesque lands of Irpinia, in 1990, Regina Blu was born, a small artisan pasta factory nestled in the green valley of Gesualdo. Our story is woven with deep roots that draw from local traditions, giving our products a unique and authentic character.
We are committed to using only grains from short and controlled supply chains, thus ensuring the highest quality and traceability of raw materials. We carefully follow every phase of the production process through slow processing, which allows us to preserve the authentic and genuine flavors of our products.
We are deeply rooted in the community and are committed to supporting local agriculture and small businesses in the area. We work closely with local producers to ensure the freshness and authenticity of our raw materials, thereby contributing to the support of the local economy and the valorization of the territory.
The manufacturer philosophy
The quality of raw materials is the beating heart of our production, and our artisanal skill in processing products reflects our passion for creating unforgettable gastronomic experiences.
Innovation and creativity come together to offer unique and appreciated formats, enriching the table with originality.
Our advanced technology of conservation in protective atmosphere (ATM) allows us to prolong the freshness of the products, while keeping their sensory properties intact.
