Processing Methods
We take all appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of your Personal Data. Being a Digital Start-up, we have COMPUTER and digital applications with high standards of security and data protection.
Your data is recorded and stored on our Magento Server, provided to us by Magneto It Solutions, and on the server of our digital service platform Odoo, provided to us by Aruba; both suppliers guarantee us state-of-the-art security measures. The physical locations of the servers are located in Germany and Italy respectively. Our employees' PCs are managed and tracked through Microsoft Azure Cloud services, are equipped with a bitlocker encrypted disk, protected by Microsoft Defender and equipped with Password Manager with two-factor authentication.
The partners who can get in touch with your personal information are: STEF, logistics service provider, our accounting service provider and our IT and digital consulting partners. These providers only have access to personal data that is necessary to carry out their activities. We guarantee that they cannot use your data for any purpose other than the mere provision of the relevant service and are required to process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
Place
The Data are processed at the operational headquarters of Good S.Low Food srl, located in Ariano Irpino (AV) and on the two cloud servers Magento and Odoo.
Retention period
The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
In general terms, the data will be kept until:
- The fifth anniversary after the last use of our Platform or the last active interaction of the User
- The fifth anniversary after account closure
The following categories of data may be retained for further durations:
- Financial and accounting data (invoices, payments, refunds, etc.) are kept for the duration required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
- All user-generated content (e.g. purchased products, behavior patterns) is anonymized, but remains available for our analysis in an aggregate manner.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this term, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to portability can no longer be exercised.
