Allow me to introduce myself, I am Sabatino Cillo, and I founded this enterprise in 1985.

Our story has solid roots in the professional training received in Switzerland and in the artisanal legacy of my father, a butcher, who passed on to me the mastery and dedication for producing high-quality meats and cold cuts.

Our meats come exclusively from the territories of Matese and Sannio, where we personally select the farmers and directly supervise the growth and feeding process of each individual animal.
