The type of Service

Your digital journey kicks off at foodentyco.it, where we introduce ourselves. You can begin selecting your products immediately, choosing to register at the time of purchase or creating your account right away. Depending on your location, our international service will automatically be offered to you. It's worth noting that not all european cuntries currently fall under our delivery coverage; as of now we are deliverying to Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg and Denmark. We're actively working to expand our coverage and include more countries in our service.

Delivery Times

By entering your address, the system automatically presents available delivery dates on the calendar, excluding holidays. If your area is not yet covered by our service, you will be promptly notified upon entering the address. We ensure delivery within 24 hours from time of corrier picking. However, in a small percentage of cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be postponed to the next day.

The preparation of the delivery

Choosing the delivery date initiates the entire supply chain process, automatically reserving in-stock products and alerting our staff of the packing and shipping operations' completion date. For deliveries containing fresh products, we utilize thempoguard boxes and gel ice. Gel ice is an eco-friendly, certified, and fully recyclable solution that adheres to the standards of the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA), maintaining temperature for up to 48 hours. This ensures the preservation of the food items' cold chain, guaranteeing they arrive in optimal condition. Once the package is prepared and handed over to our couriers, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email.

Delivery and support service

This final stage of your journey is paramount to us! We've dedicated ourselves to ensuring timely delivery of our products and, most importantly, that upon unwrapping your package, the appearance and aroma evoke positive emotions, perhaps even reminiscent of times past. This is our mission! However, if this isn't the case, we'll strive to rectify any dissatisfaction. Should you be unavailable for delivery, we'll make an attempt the following day. Nonetheless, we recommend arranging to receive your package promptly, especially with fresh products where time is of the essence. In the event of any shipment issues, we'll notify you in advance; our systems preemptively alert us of delays or concerns. If the products fall short of your expectations, please inform us via email at reclami@foodentyco.it, optionally attaching photos to aid in understanding the matter.
