Ventitré Brewery is not just a craft brewery, but a true story told through the unique and authentic taste of its beers. The number 23 is not a random number but the common thread that connects every aspect of our production.

It's the number of beer batches we have produced so far, the day of our birth as a brewery, and the number of our production laboratory. This number represents the soul of our passion and dedication.

Our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, making them alive and vibrant with flavor. They are craft beers, made with care and love, to surprise you with every sip. We offer a selection of 9 products in kegs and bottles, always available to satisfy the tastes and needs of every consumer. From the classic balance between malts and hops that never goes out of style to the most daring creations, each beer is a unique and exclusive experience.

Sustainability is at the heart of our mission: In addition to creating high-quality beers, we are committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our production. We exclusively use natural and renewable energy sources to power our brewery, thus contributing to preserving the natural resources of our planet.

But we don't stop there: we are also committed to recovering processing waste and recycling wash water, minimizing our environmental footprint and working for a more sustainable future.

Furthermore, our beers actively support local cereal agriculture. We use barley directly from our territory, malted just a few kilometers from the brewery. In this way, we not only guarantee the highest quality and freshness of our ingredients but also support local producers.
